After a long week of feeling sick, I still don't have much energy to write - so I thought I'd share a post I came across that was very well written and very informative on a topic I am often concerned about as I myself write about companies and products - what do you actually believe about what these companies tell you when you're reading labels that say 'eco-friendly'? Although I find that my concern is often more evident when it comes to my cosmetics and food, I do think it's important no matter what you're buying because saying something is green doesn't make it so.
